Members of the leadership team at Helios have been directly involved in the construction and project management valuing more than $400M in development programs since 2000. These include high-rise office and residential towers, as well as specialized office/retail build outs, residential construction and institutional construction programs.
Sustainability + Environmental Performance
If desired, we are able to bring forth this element of expertise to bear upon a project. Helios currently has four individuals on staff who have obtained the exclusive LEED-Accredited Professional (LEED-AP) designation for expertise and experience in achieving high standards of sustainability in construction, development and property management.
